We found Simon to be reliable, very knowledgeable of the local property market, a great communicator and focussed on selling our property. He worked hard to attract/find potential buyers and was honest in his appraisal of the property and its market value at the time we were selling. His suggestion of going to auction was the right one as we sold the property via that process, albeit the selling price was probably a little lower and via the ‘normal’ process. I/we would engage Simon as our Agent again should we decide to sell again and we have recommended him and Real Estate Central to our friends

During the promotion and open house sessions, he kept us well informed about the feedback and response from prospective buyers. Despite the dismal market Simon had managed successfully to sell our property with a value above the current market price – in three months! We are very pleased with the result, and are thoroughly satisfied with his service. We will without hesitation recommend him to all.

He listened to my wishes and concerns and always responded graciously and sensitively. This is especially important as homeowners often heavily invest both financially and emotionally. Simon handled all of this ‘behind the scenes’. He informed me about what was happening, but I did not need to unnecessarily involve myself in the resolution. This was very important as moving house can be fraught with enormous household upheaval. While I know that Simon had many other clients, I felt as though I was his only client.

He has a fantastic business sense and is so in touch with the current market.
