A little about me

Martin Wu came from Shanghai and has been a Darwin resident for near two years. Martin loves the lifestyle of Darwin and feels the people here are very friendly. In his leisure time, he plays bridge, badminton and teaches Chinese Tai-chi at Charles Darwin University. Not only enjoying the life here, he also works in real estate with the endeavour to create a new future for his family in Australia.

Martin has worked in a luxury five-star hotel as senior manager for more than 10 years. He led a team to provide service for Hotel’s eighty Villas compound, including the rental affairs. In the meanwhile, he also managed a luxurious sports club. With excellent property service to the executive tenants from international Fortune 500 companies and strong sales negotiation skills, he has helped to keep the rental occupancy rate always higher than 98%. His Melbourne tenant George.K who once lived in Shanghai described him;

“In my dealings with Martin, I always found him to be extremely professional and helpful. He was always approachable to discuss any topics whether they be ideas for improving certain elements in the compound or the sports club house. In all cases, he would be very responsive and effective in his actions.”

Martin has a great enthusiasm for real estate. Working for the team at Real Estate Central, the biggest local real estate company in the territory, gives him access to more buyers than any other agent whilst having the backing and resources of an experienced, professional team. He can speak fluent English and Mandarin; and has a strong connection to the Chinese community where he can access high-value buyers. He believes that real estate properties are the most important assets for his clients.

Give Martin a call today, he would love to help you and bring you a good deal in real estate.
