FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED – The apartment has its own private garden area and is one of a block of eight. They are all ground floor apartments in a quiet location and within walking distance of supermarkets; hotels; cafes; restaurants; gyms; buses; golf course; botanical garden; fast food outlets. Each has a nice kitchenette and bathroom/toilet shower area. We accept pets provided they are of no bother to other tenants. Pets barking etc (OK, I know cats don’t bark) cannot be accepted. Please note that subject to inspection, there could be a cleaning fee for the pets at the end of the lease).
The unit is fully furnished and air conditioned. The unit has new crockery; cutlery; and attractive decor. A digital television is provided. Several of our tenants enjoy a smoke in their enclosed garden area and this presents no problems. Unfortunately, smoking inside leaves a smoke smell that is impossible to remove. Unlimited internet broadband is provided to our on-site office and that signal is available to all units free of charge should they wish to log on. However the strength of the signal depends on many factors and we cannot guarantee perfect reception inside all units. We are not an internet service provider and tenants must hook up their own devices. The tenant vacating this unit says their internet reception is good.
There is an on-site communal laundry and outside drying clothes line in a dedicated area at the rear of the property. There is on site parking for one vehicle and the car park has good security lighting. The units are located within comfortable walking distance to Mitchell Street’s hotels and facilities. There are excellent gyms nearby and several top eateries, including fast food places. It is an easy walk to Woolworths in the city block.Mad joggers are a short distance from the Botanic Gardens and the beach is about a kilometre away. The Gardens Golf Club is close enough to walk to. Our tenants are mostly professional people who enjoy their peace and quiet enjoyment. If you are a party animal good luck to you but this unit is not for you. The photos are of a similar unit in the block but the bedspread might be different etc (it saves me having to take separate pictures of all eight units…. you get the picture?).

While we support backpackers please note that a lease will be required with a minimum four month period (otherwise it costs more to release the property etc than we get in rent). The rent for a four month lease is $235 a week and for six months $225 a week. A 12 month lease is $220 a week.
